Year 5 & 6 Beginner & Intermediate Gymnastics

Students continue to work on the basics as well as intermediate skills of gymnastics. Students who have not perfected their cartwheels, handstands and the other skills in beginner gymnastics will have a chance to accomplish these. They will be introduced to skills such as round offs and kick overs/walkovers on floor. They will continue working on their flexibility, technique, and strength needed to progress into more difficult skills needed for more advanced gymnastics. All classes strictly follow an approved Gymnastic Award Scheme ensuring that your child reaches their full potential in a safe and professional environment with the emphasis on fun.
